First PhD Program in Northeast Indiana Reaches Globally

Countries are unarguably interconnected through trade partnerships and, regardless of the industry, the impact of globalization is a common element that requires constant priority by organizations. Whether it impacts the cost of materials or yearly sales, this phenomenon plays an unarguably influential role in social and economical international relations.

In order for businesses to successfully compete in today's global market, they must be capable of leveraging these global partnerships and willing to broaden their perspective to that of a macro mindset. Applying leadership beyond that of their immediate coworkers and into the global market is key to the effective and ethical guidance of an organization today. Indiana Tech's PhD in Global Leadership will provide a unique skill set to northeast Indiana helping students gain a more thorough understanding of the practices required by leaders in the 21st century global environment to advance organizational success and foster organizational growth. In depth research is also a component that is utilized in this PhD program to evaluate the effectivness of leadership strategies and gain increased understanding of the complexities associated with leading in the diverse settings that global leadership requires. Those who complete this program will have contributed to the body of knowledge available regarding the discipline of global leadership studies and practices.
